Thankful doesn’t even describe how I feel about you finding this corner of the internet. I’m Tara Sun.

I’m a small town girl who, one day years ago, decided to start a blog on a whim. After a chronic illness diagnosis and dropping out of college (just to name a few twists and turns in the road), I took a step in faith to start sharing my story. Well, His story.

Now, here we are.

• Living with and loving life with my amazing husband and high school sweetheart, Michael, and our energetic and joyful son

• Hosting the Truth Talks with Tara podcast

• Sharing devotionals, video encouragement, and Bible study tips over on Instagram and YouTube

• Reading, working out, watching a good television show, taking walks around our sleepy town, and spending quality time with my people

It’s simple, really. God’s Word is alive and active (Hebrews 4:12). It’s overflowing with practical truth, life changing conviction, and unending purpose. It’s calling out to us, God’s heart on each page, wooing us to know Him and in turn, love Him deeper. So, that’s why I’m here.
